Our Cool Kids Care Packages are sent directly to the patients at their homes in an effort to make their lives a little easier and happier by providing the kids and their families with something fun. The Cool Kids Campaign selects the items in each package according to the child's age and interests. Every package is a little different depending on the situation of the child and family. If you know of a child who would benefit from a Cool Kids Care Package please download the form below and send it to us. We need to be able to verify that they are a pediatric oncology patient. Please provide us with contact information at the hospital or a letter from their child life/social worker verifying this.
